Do you know how you might get so wrapped up into things that you kind of start living them?
That's me. I've been writing so much on the thesis and warned Sami about how little time we have on our hands the next couple of months that I kind of forgot I could somehow include him in this project.

So, the other day when I was writing away, he came over and asked me a few questions about the thesis. He then asked a few follow-up questions that were very intelligent and listened interestingly to what I had to say about the subject. This is huge because:

As you might know, the subject of the thesis is hardly ever interesting to anyone else except the writer (that would be me) and the people who judge it. As a matter of fact, the only thing where a thesis is useful for other people is when they have trouble sleeping. Just whip up the book and voilà!.

I'm writing in swedish. Since we've been together for some years and I speak swedish with most my family and friends, he understands a lot of it. He just simply hates the language. So I had never expected him to be either willing to read or interested in the subject of my thesis, and there he was, doing both!

I was almost touched to tears.
